CEO
Christine Carr
Christine Carr is the CEO CPNG General Contracting. She helps investors with all their real estate needs. She is dedicated to providing world-class real-estate services and market-leading expertise to their clients, bringing their dreams to reality and turning their issues into effective solutions. She currently owns several rentals and is dedicated to helping our clients achieve success. Those successes did not come without trial and error and she's on a mission to share the knowledge she has gained through her experiences.
She is a software engineer that specializes in Cybersecurity. She has over ten years of experience in the engineering. She is also a mentor with Urban Warriors that helps under privileged youth cope living in a violent environment. She is a Navy Veteran, and she has committed to a life of service to her country and community.

Sean Carr
Sean Carr is part of the 1 Woodlawn Community organization where he currently sits on the North West (NW) Quadrant board and is also an active member on the Woodlawn Design Team to help build on the architectural design of the Obama library and the surrounding Woodlawn neighborhood area.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Iowa and has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry servicing fortune 500 companies with banking and technology needs. In addition to his extensive background Sean also has over 10 years of experience within property management on income collection, maintenance, remitting payments, etc. His experience ranges from financial analysis, and real estate management to analyzing market data for real-estate acquisitions.
He was instrumental in the development and implementation of a local Chicago southside condominium association where they are now able to make a monthly profit and are poised to be one of the best buildings on the southside of Chicago. Mr. Carr has dedicated his career around helping others in need and providing solutions that practicable and sustainable.
