We are a husband and wife duo that started out as investors. With backgrounds in electrical engineering and business finance, real estate investing came natural. During our investment journey we experienced many issues with our contractors. If they weren’t overcharging us they were providing subpar work.
We are real estate developer’s that specialize in general contracting and remodeling. Our service’s are designed for new investors that purchased their first properties and need an experienced contractor to complete their project. We also specialize in remodels finance through FHA 203K loans.
